Open Box. Item appears to be in unused, excellent condition. Product may have been tried before as factory tape was removed from cold air vent. Accessories box containing intake/exhaust hoses, etc, was sealed. That box was opened to verify contents. AC powers on, hot air comes out rear and cold air comes out front. Original box is damaged but does not affect product. Everything included with the item can be seen in the images.
