Open Box. Item appears to be in unused, excellent condition See images for item condition. Everything included with the item can be seen in the images.**TESTED/WORKING.** Everything is wrapped in plastic . I opened one battery and pugged into one of the gloves. and it heated right up. The Box isn't in the best shape, but it does not effect the product usage.
